We can deliver your order to addresses in the UK, but unfortunately we're not able to deliver to non-UK destinations (such as the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, BFPO address and PO boxes) at this time.
Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and remote locations (such as the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may have additional delivery charges and might take a bit longer to reach you.
You will receive an email to let you know when your order has left our premises. The delivery information above is from the time of despatch not from the time of ordering.
Bikes are sent by Parcel Force .
Someone may need to sign for the package upon delivery. The courier will attempt 2 deliveries or the customer can arrange for delivery with the courier for more convenient day.
After 2 attempts the package will be returned to us and you may be subject to a charge for redelivery.
Due to the huge range of products available it’s inevitable some items will be temporarily out of stock, in most cases we can order extra stock in 1-2 days, however some items may take a little longer, if your order is going to be delayed more than 5 working days we will be in touch to let you know.
Bikes – unless faulty, a returned bike must be as new and un-ridden – Please ensure that the size is correct and that you are happy with your bike before riding it.
Bikes must be returned to us in the original box, with all protective internal packing still in place on the bike to protect it from scratches and damage. The box must be re-sealed securely to fully-protect the bike on its return journey.
If accessories have been fitted to the bike, then it is no longer new and in a saleable condition, so you will not be able to return it to us unless it is faulty.
You will need to pay the cost of returning goods to us and the following will apply:
Bikes – A £25 charge will be applied. We will arrange a courier to collect the bike from you.
